Biography

I've been in the industry since 1994 and have experience from early days in NJ worker's compensation, PD and GL claims. Through the years I've worked with TPA's, self insured, self administered, and carriers. My many roles roles included municipal clients, large retail clients, commercial real estate, and hospitality and entertainment clients, with Dram Shop, NY Labor Law, and all manners of complex and high exposure liability claims. My experience has been as both an adjuster and supervisor.  In my current position with NARS, I handle GLBI and PD claims. Many are litigated claims in  multiple states.  My responsibilities include the prompt and efficient examination, investigation and settlement or declination of  claims.  I review coverage for each claim and prepare the appropriate drafts with recommendations to the clients. I prepare Large Loss Reports and make recommendations within each client’s parameters.  I work closely with the assigned defense counsel on litigated claims to bring the matters to the most favorable resolution.
