Biography

Each day brings a new challenge and I provide solutions to companies in overall risk management and safety. Using my knowledge to anticipate risks and assess solutions up-front help to prevent loss, reduce the total cost of risk (TCOR), and improve processes. I am a recognized leader in my industry and was honored to receive the "Women to Watch" award from Business Insurance magazine. 

In my roles as an Enterprise Risk Management Director, I am always on a quest to delve deeper into ways to continuously provide a safe environment for both guests, other third parties and employees, improve safety measures and reduce workplace injuries. I have created programs that achieved millions in savings and created claim cost reduction strategies. 

I am always staying current with factors impacting risk, insurance and claims administration and cultivating relationships with various professionals, including brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators, to facilitate smooth transactions. Overseeing claims processes from inception to completion is something I take great pride in performing routinely. Taking ownership in crisis management situations, while maintaining the reputation and image of the company, is just one example of my core strengths. 

The need for risk analysis and management across every industry is continuously evolving and so is the need to consistently exceed expectations. Implementing strategies and programs that I know will result in success is what I am all about, and I can do that for your company as well.
