Biography
Jonathan is responsible for coordinating the panels for both law firms and claims non-legal vendors for ACE’s claim organization. He is primarily responsible for managing relationships with vendors in North America, and provides guidance internationally to other ACE claim subsidiaries to ensure the company’s practices are consistently implemented worldwide. He is charged with the implementation and management of ACE’s mandatory electronic billing system, T360, as well as analyzing and reporting on the company’s legal spend to the corporation’s leadership. Jonathan joined ACE in 2007 after 13 years with AIG, where he worked in various claim and management capacities in fidelity bond, E&O and D&O claims.
Jonathan is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and The National Law Center at George Washington University.
