Biography

Senior Claims Manager for Gilbane Building Company, Gilbane Development Company and Gilbane Federal, one of the nation's largest construction management/development firms. 

Liz manages workers compensation, general liability, auto, builders risk, professional/polution, DBA Defense Based Act Claims, employment practice and property claims for all entities of Gilbane.  She works with adjusters and defense counsel in the investigation of claims, through resolution.  Liz also organizes and attends claim reviews and mediations. 

Liz performs periodic site visits and participates in kick-off meetings for the CCIP projects, and works closely with the project teams to manage claims as they arise.  She identifies occupational clinics and hospitals near project sites, organizes medics on CCIP projects and works with safety managers during accident investigation and follows up for best practices in accident investigations.

Liz has been involved in the Workers' Compensation field for more than 20 years and additional lines of business for more than 10 years.  She has expierence with self-insured and high retention insurance programs and manages multi-jurisdictional claims.
