Biography

Tim Strong is a managing director in the Chicago office and part of the Kroll's Information Management and Governance service line. He has 20 years of experience in legal and claims handling best practices, including the implementation of technology solutions to support legal, claims and compliance functions.

Tim specializes in corporate legal strategy, operations and technology engagements. Tim’s other experiences include claims and claims litigation processes, corporate compliance strategy, programs, risk mitigation and technology implementation. He has extensive experience in implementation of strategy, process and supporting technologies for Fortune 25 corporate legal and compliance organizations. Tim’s engagement highlights include delivering solutions for various industries, including financial services, manufacturing, banking, automotive, insurance, energy and oil and gas; delivering case and matter management process improvement implementation, design and supporting technologies; delivering cost containment programs, including process improvement implementation, billing guidelines and supporting technologies; and delivering compliance programs, including process improvement implementation, design and supporting technologies. 

Tim’s other experience includes an executive level position in which he managed an industry focused product development group at a software company that specialized in delivery of solutions for the corporate legal and compliance market.
