Anne Marie Collins is a Principal Consultant with Aon Inpoint Claims. The Aon Inpoint Claims team has pioneered the framework, methods and tools for claims and quality program diagnostics, and has experience working with over 70 P&C carriers globally. In addition to conducting claims operational assessments, our team is deeply experienced in driving end-to-end claims transformation including program management, process redesign, organizational restructuring, vendor selection, and technology implementation.
Anne Marie has over 25 years’ experience in leading business improvement projects and handling claims across all lines. Her experience includes 20 years’ experience in managing commercial and personal lines property and casualty claims as well as specialty claims including Environmental and Construction Defect Claims. She has held roles across several functional areas including quality assurance, vendor management, and claims business improvement initiatives. Anne Marie has specialized expertise in technical claims oversight, quality assurance, vendor management, and operations management.
Anne Marie holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University, an MBA in Finance and a Masters in Project Management as well as the CPCU and AIC insurance designations.
