Biography

Diane Kelly is a Senior Technical Claim Specialist in the National Markets Construction Defect Claims Unit at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. She has been with Liberty Mutual for her entire career. Diane graduated from California State University Fullerton with a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She has been managing and/or adjusting insurance claims for +40 years. Diane has a multi-line claims background, and in additiona to construction defect claims, has handled and managed claims including but not limited to commercials and personal auto, workers compensation, general liability, cargo, homeowners, excess and umbrella. She is well versed in coverage and jurisdictional issues with regards to construction defect claims. She has adjusted Construction Defect claims since the mid 1990's. She was also a manager as well as a Customer Service Coordinator. She also has mentored individuals new to the claims profession and new to the construction defect line of claims. She also has taken numerous Insurance Resource classes to expand her knowledge of the Insurance Industry.
