Biography
Susan Clemson has over 30 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, with over 20 years in a managerial or senior management role. Currently, Susan is the Senior Vice President and Chief Claim Officer of Berkley Luxury group which provides all-inclusive insurance solutions for luxury condo, co-op, rental properties and fine dining restaurants. Ms. Clemson has also held positions with Western Litigation, Everest National, Atlantic Mutual, AIG and Travelers. Her diverse background includes supervising and managing General Liability, Property, Construction Defect, Medical Malpractice, Errors and Omissions, Directors and Officers, Senior Care Liability, Environmental and Toxic Tort claims. Susan is a graduate of Lehigh University with a B.A. degree in Economics.
