Biography
Senior Vice President & Head of ClaimsHCC Specialty.
Bruce Carlino has over 30 years of claims management experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries. Bruce began his claims career in 1981.
He holds the position of SVP & Head of Claims, HCC Specialty. A large part of his day-to-day activities involve overseeing an extensive claims portfolio of Specialty Insurance business, loss cost management and strategic planning.
Prior to joining HCC, Bruce was the SVP & Head of Claims for QBE Reinsurance. Bruce received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, FL and his law degree from the University of Bridgeport. He also holds the CPCU, ARe and CIOP (Chartered Insurance Operations Professional) designations and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
