Virginia Futterman

Biography

Virginia Goodman Futterman enjoys working with global and Fortune 500
companies, priding herself on the bonds which she has formed with these clients over the
past 25+ years.
 
She had the good fortune to begin her career at Bower & Gardner under the
tutelage of preeminent New York trial litigators. Thrown into the deep end of the pool on
Day 1, she quickly rose through the ranks to become an equity partner overseeing the
Special Litigation Team while also participating in firm management.
 
Virginia Goodman Futterman has been an equity partner since joining London
Fischer 18 years ago, heading a litigation group dedicated to civil defense, with focus on
real estate, inclusive of pre-development and the construction of multi-building projects,
as well as on-going operations of existing commercial and residential properties.
In her “spare” time, she has been committed to pro bono and volunteer work.
One example is her position for the last 17 years as a Federal Mediator in both the
Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York, specializing in employment and
discrimination cases.
