Biography
Ms. DeMarino is a Team Leader supervising a group of attorneys/adjusters at ESIS ProClaim. ProClaim is a specialty division within the TPA that handles professional liability, product liability, employment practices, cyber, construction/A&E, and complex general liability claims. Ms. DeMarino has more than 20 years of insurance and litigation experience in a variety of settings including private practice, captive firms, and insurance carriers. She tried more than 20 cases to a jury verdict before leaving the practice of law for roles including AVP and Risk Management Director for the Professional Liability Division at Great American Insurance, Design Professional Claims Counsel, and Legal Malpractice Claims Consultant. Ms. DeMarino is a certified mediator, arbitrator, and Six Sigma green belt. She is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law where she was a labor scholar and earned a certificate in Labor and Employment Law from the Institute for Law and the Workplace. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
