Christina Boone

Biography

Christina “Tina” Boone is a Senior Claim Technical Director in Great American Insurance company’s AgriBusiness® Division based out of Cincinnati, OH. She holds a Business Management Technology degree from the University of Cincinnati. She earned the Associate in Claims “AIC” designation, the Casualty Claims Law Associates “CCLA” designation and the Agribusiness Farm Insurance Specialist “AFIS” designation.  Tina is currently pursuing the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter “CPCU” designation. 
 
Great American Insurance Company‘s Farm Property and Casualty Division has insured Farming and Ranching operations for over 100 years. The AgriBusiness® Division prides itself on being staffed by experts in farm underwriting, claims and policyholder services. Tina handles complex litigation claims and coverage issues with Casualty exposures, and travels all over the country mediating cases.  She provides technical direction to a team of four Casualty adjusters.  Working in the insurance industry for 28 years,  Tina has been with Great American for 20 years and worked at Chubb and GRE Insurance Group prior to joining Great American. Tina believes that professional Claims handling and Customer service is important to her continued success in the industry. Tina is also involved in mentoring incoming Interns to the Great American Insurance Training Program.
