Biography
Tim James is the Senior Partner at the firm of Ritter, Robinson, McCready & James, Ltd., with offices in Toledo, Ohio and Livonia, Michigan. The firm has been representing governmental entities, businesses, insurance companies and their insureds in state and federal courts throughout Ohio and Michigan since 1917. It is a small and extremely busy partnership. The foundation of the firm is extensive jury trial experience including complex commercial cases and catastrophic injury lawsuits. Mr. James' experience includes in excess of 100 trial verdicts.Both Mr. James and the firm are "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a frequent seminar presenter on trial tactics and legal services.
