Biography
Michelle Tomlinson is Senior Director & Senior Counsel for Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV), a leading global vacation ownership company with 20+ years of experience.
Joining in 2007, she leads and oversees resort operations, rental, retail, association governance, information technology, and purchasing legal practice areas and provides support to the architecture & construction, development and asset management teams. She also leads HGV’s Risk Management and Safety & Security teams and is a leading member of the Crisis team.
She is an accomplished, dynamic problem solver who brings 12 years’ progressive legal experience to HGV. Prior to joining HGV, she served as in-house counsel at Marriott International, as operations counsel for the Marriott Vacation Club, lead operations counsel for the Ritz-Carlton Club brand of resorts and lead counsel for Marriott Golf and Ritz-Carlton Golf.
Previously, Ms. Tomlinson was Senior Counsel for AOL and an associate at Holland & Knight practicing in General Corporate, Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Securitizations, Entertainment, International, and Technology, and a member of the Corporate & Securities group.
She is a member of the Florida Bar, holds a juris doctorate degree from the University of Florida, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University.
