Biography
Justin joined AXA XL in October 2013. Currently, Justin is Director of Strategic Operations for North America Insurance (a $5B annual sales component of AXA XL). He is focused on corporate wide strategic initiatives and innovation. Justin regularly contributes and leads global initiatives focused on operational and strategic planning. He previously led the Operations and Strategy function for the North America Construction Business Unit and the country of Canada. He started at AXA XL as the Operations/Strategic Initiatives Leader for the Distribution & Central Broker Management function .
Prior to AXA XL, Justin held senior operations leader roles at CNA Insurance, including leading Specialty Lines Operations (a $2B in annual sales component of CNA). He previously worked for KPMG LLP and General Electric Corporation, completing GE’s Leadership Development Program.
Justin is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing.
