Berenice is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. While at Texas, Berenice engaged in enhancing her advocacy skills by practicing as a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic, participating in various advocacy competitions, and serving as an editor for the Review of Litigation and the Texas International Law Journal.
Berenice’s client-driven philosophy has allowed her to effectively advocate for her clients by providing practical and focused representation tailored to each client’s needs. Berenice’s litigation practice is centered around general liability and casualty defense with an emphasis on commercial and business litigation, personal injury, including suits arising from drilling operations, multi-party litigation, including cases involving construction defects, creditor’s rights, including protecting the rights of secured creditors and lenders in foreclosure and mortgage litigation, and insurance coverage and defense. Berenice is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts. Berenice started her practice representing litigants in family state courts. Berenice counsels clients through all phases of litigation in state courts throughout Texas.
Berenice remains zealously involved in her community and enjoys participating in local bar association activities. Berenice is actively searching opportunities to serve the bar and her community through various leadership endeavors.
