Biography

LaDonna joined CNA Insurance in April 2024 as a Senior Client Services Manager. She is an experienced insurance professional with over 27 years in the industry.
 
LaDonna has held positions in client services, claims management, learning & development and claims quality assurance & compliance auditing with various insurance carriers and third-party claim administrator. She has technical knowledge in personal auto, homeowners property, commercial auto and general liability (including premises, product, retail, hospitality, healthcare, gaming and construction) lines of business.
 
LaDonna is a 2021 American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA), The Insurance Careers Movement & AM Best Emerging Leader Recipient.  She has received her Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) designation from National Diversity Council DiversityFIRST Certification Program. In addition, she has received a certification from the University of South Florida in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace. She is also a member of National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), Atlanta Association of Insurance Professionals (AAIP) and National Retail & Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA).  LaDonna is a faculty member of CLM Claim College School of Leadership and is an active member of CLM Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. In her spare time, she has been a mentor for Junior Achievement 3DE Business Coaching Training Program for local high school students. LaDonna obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Harris-Stowe State University in St. Louis and she is based out of the Atlanta area.
