Natalie Dangles

Biography

I had returned to college after I had my son, and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Criminal Justice. Upon graduation, there was a housing and financial crisis, so I was unsure of what jobs would be available upon graduation. I had seen a job posting that stated " medical and criminal justice majors wanted." I was of course curious, so I applied.  It was for an insurance company , and they were hiring for a medical only adjuster. I interviewed, and had no real idea of what Workers' Compensation was. I was hired, and I was a medical only adjuster for about two weeks until they told me I needed to be lost time adjuster. Since then, I have worked for insurance carriers, TPA, and I am now a Regional Resolution Manager for Berkley Industrial Comp, where I have been for the last 6 years. I love what I do, and I have been in Workers Comp Insurance for the last 15 years. I am so glad I took a chance , and applied for that job posting. I can honestly say that I have never had one boring day, and I am blessed to be able to help people, and make a difference.
