Biography

Jade Letlow is a Claims Supervisor at Berkley Environmental where she leads the moderate-severity auto team which handles claims ranging from property damage to litigated bodily injury files. She is heavily involved in the fraud initiatives at Berkley and is a “Fraud Champion” responsible for planning regular fraud training sessions while working closely with NICB to stay up to date on fraud trends and the various referrals sent for further review.
Prior to joining Berkley Environmental, Jade started her insurance career at GEICO where she was a part of the Management Development Program. As part of this program, she gained experience on the personal-lines side of insurance working various levels of claims starting with property damage only eventually moving on to handle litigated bodily injury claims with catastrophic injuries/fatalities. From there, she went on to manage teams in multiple claims departments including liability and NY No-Fault.
Jade holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and business administration from St. John’s University. She is a member of the CLM Insurance Fraud Committee and the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA).
