Biography
Sandra “Sam” Elam is the Claims Director for Construction Insurance and Risk Captive Group of America, Limited (CIRCA). Sam has been in the insurance industries for more than 25 years and most of that time has been in the captive space. She has worked for carriers, third party administrators, captives, and brokers. She is a high-energy, hard-working and loves the challenge of managing and protecting CIRCA’s assets through claims management. She is excited to see the momentum captives are currently enjoying and believes that they will continue to grow as companies realize their many benefits. When she is not working, she can be found hiking with her dogs or playing with her granddaughter in the hills of the north Georgia mountains.
