Biography
Angela Cabado currently serves as the Director of Risk Management Insurance Claims at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW). She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. Angela holds an Associate in Risk Management designation and is actively pursuing her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation and CLM’s Certified Claims Professional certification.
With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Angela has recently concentrated on Workers’ Compensation and Employment Liability. She is a well-regarded industry speaker and writer, covering topics such as claimant advocacy, remote working arrangements, and investigations.
Angela is passionate about leveraging technology, data insights, and innovation to shape the future of claims management. She aims to create more efficient, responsive, and user-friendly processes that benefit all stakeholders.
