Biography
Ruth began her career with PMA in 2002. She is responsible for the data reporting and analysis function for the Claims Department. She has 32 years of experience within the insurance industry, including positions within Data Analytics, Operations, and Claims at both the technical management levels. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. She has earned her Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) Designations.
