Biography
Tiffany is a claims advocate with Houchens Insurance Group, which is consistently rated one of the top 50 insurance agencies in the country. She analyzes and coordinates coverage, facilitates communication among parties and ensures policyholders are informed of the claim process and expectations.
Tiffany graduated magna cum laude from Franklin University with a B.S. in Business Administration. She is an avid learner having earned her CPCU, AIC & AINS designations through The Institutes, as well as RPLU+ and CPLP designations with PLUS. Tiffany also has her CRIS and TRIP designations from IRMI.
Prior to Houchens Insurance Group, Tiffany was in claims leadership with State Farm and was responsible for co-creating a training program for new associates, resolving coverage issues, and mentoring others.
