Biography

MaKenna's area of focus is on insurance coverage and disputes. She has previously represented a diverse range of clients on a variety of issues, including wrongful death, breach of contract, general negligence, and insurance disputes at all levels of exposure.

Growing up around the insurance industry, MaKenna is well-versed in handling numerous policy issues. Her prior experience includes first-party property, automobile liability, and commercial general liability, including additional insured disputes. She has represented clients in bad faith and breach of contract actions involving punitive damages and allegations of unfair claims settlement practices.

When not in the office, MaKenna enjoys spending time with her spouse and their two children. She can often be found outdoors, exploring the family's favorite hiking spots.
