Maddie Battaglia

Biography

Maddie Battaglia has over 10 years of experience handling and overseeing Workers’
Compensation Claims for Insurance Carriers and Third Party Administrators. Maddie’s
background has focused on middle and large market accounts. She has also successfully
managed several dedicated small market accounts.
Maddie was promoted from a senior claims handling position to a claims leadership role 5 years
ago. She demonstrated her ability to lead others by creating a positive work environment,
increasing team results, and improving employee retention-which ultimately led to the overall
growth and development of the organization.
Maddie Participates in numerous leadership development programs including: Strength Finder,
LPI 360, Leadership Challenge, Mode the way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process,
Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart. She is dedicated to becoming an outstanding
leader in the Insurance Market.
Maddie attended Northern Illinois University where she was a student athlete in the sport of
Soccer and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Organizational Corporate Communications.
Maddie currently resides in the Western Suburbs of Chicago with her two young children.
