Biography
Dave has nearly 30 years of experience in the legal and claims industry. Dave joined National Claim
Services in 2022 as Senior Vice President – Programs, National Claim Services. National Claim Services is
a Third-Party Claim administrator, which includes handling claims for policies underwritten by Prime
Specialty. Dave’s responsibilities include oversight and management of claims involving New York Labor
Law, general liability, and third-party property damage claims.
Prior to joining National Claim Services, Dave started as an attorney in private practice before moving to
GNY and RLI insurance companies. He has extensive experience in New York Labor Law, general liability
claims, and insurance coverage. Dave earned his B.A from Syracuse University and his J.D. from
Brooklyn Law School. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
