Biography
Mr. Baker is the Director of Risk and Claim Services for Christian Brothers Risk Management Services. He has over 40 years of experience in the insurance, risk pooling and alternative risk financing fields. Mr. Baker currently develops and maintains service delivery models necessary to support risk control and claim management initiatives for all product lines, including general liability, property, auto, workers’ compensation and professional liability coverages. He holds a Law for the Claims Associate designation, a Basics of Workers’ Compensation designation, a
Managed Care Discipline designation and Marshall Swift Property Manual Training and designation. In addition, he attended the Crosby School of Quality, Graduate and Mentors Program. Mr. Baker is a former committee member of the Metrics and Analytics Council for Litigation Management.
