Amanda G. Alexander is the Managing Partner of the Jackson, Mississippi office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She represents insurance carriers, businesses and public involving first-party property claims, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, commercial general liability, insurance defense coverage matters, labor and employment law, and worker’s compensation. Mrs. Alexander practice encompasses state and federal court matters, arbitration, mediation, and administrative hearings. She has attained the highest Peer Review Rating of AV® from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Prior to joining QPWB, Mrs. Alexander was founding owner of her civil defense law practice in Jackson, Mississippi.
Mrs. Alexander received her Juris Doctor from the Mississippi College School of Law in May 2004, after receiving a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration from Jackson State University and B.A. from Tougaloo College in May 1998. She previously served as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Jackson, where she represented the city in administrative proceedings, employment matters, civil service commission hearings and other civil defense litigation. Mrs. Alexander has also served as Adjunct Professor at Jackson State University.
