Biography

Jeanette L. Dixon is managing partner of the New York office of Manning & Kass Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester LLP.   Ms. Dixon has over 18 years of experience within the areas of insurance coverage and defense. Ms. Dixon practices in the areas of  insurance coverage, employment law litigation, health care liability, professional liability defense litigation, lawyers professional liability, miscellaneous professional liability, real estate E&O, financial services E&O, directors and officers liability, insurance agent E&O, complex general liability, condo/homeowner associations law (D&O), public officials E&O, school leaders E&O, and media/technology law, including cyber liability.

On June 2, 2013, Ms. Dixon appeared as a legal analyst on Fox News Channel’s America's News Headquarters with Gregg Jarrett, wherein she participated in a live panel discussion regarding the admissibility of audio evidence against George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin murder case venued in
the State of Florida. She was also an active arbitrator on behalf of the New York State Small Claims Court for numerous years.
 
Ms. Dixon received her BA in social science legal studies/English from the State University of New York at Buffalo in and her JD from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.  Ms. Dixon is admitted to the State Bar of New York, Eastern and Southern District of New York, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. She is a Certified Litigation Management Professional and also a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporation Counsel and Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
