Biography
Brett has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry along with 7 years in law practice as a litigator. In his current position as Assistant Vice President - Claims at NBIS Construction & Transportation Insurance Services (a DUAL North America company), he manages and supports all aspects of the claims function through strategic direction and leadership of 3 front-line claims teams. Prior to joining NBIS, he worked for Allianz Reinsurance America, Inc., R&Q Insurance Holdings, and Resolute Management providing team leadership and expertise in handling complex claims and associated coverage issues in the general liability, construction defect, professional liability, asbestos, pollution, and health hazard arenas, with specialization in emerging risks (PFAS, climate change, etc.). Brett received his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law and his bachelor's degree from Xavier University. He lives in Scituate, MA with his wife and 2 daughters.
