Biography

TRACY HURST has been with Ruby Tuesday, Inc. for 12 years where they self administer their general liability program and portions of the workers compensation. She is the Litigation Manager and therefore responsible for all general liability litigation through the continental United States, holding adjustor licenses in multiple states, as well as wearing the Custodian of Records hat. Tracy is on the Board of Directors for the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA) and co-chaired NRRDA’s 2012 Annual Conference. She is also working with a committee to expand the workers compensation presence in NRRDA. She is a Tennessee State Chair for CLM, and most recently, was named Vice-President and Treasurer of the Smoky Mountain Country Music Association.
