Diane DeLuca is an AVP - Claims Advocate Team Lead. Diane leads a team that manages the day to day claims handling for The Related Companies LP – CIP program. Her primary responsibility is to advocate for the client, and to provide her expertise to bring claims matters to a resolution. As a Claims Team Lead, and an advocate for the client, she leads the collaboration between all parties; Client, TPA, Carriers, Defense Counsel, project site personnel, Safety Managers and Vendors.
Diane joined Alliant Insurance Services in October 2014. She has over 20 year’s construction claims handling experience. Her professional experience includes working as the Director of Claims for 18 years with Tishman Construction Corporation, Risk Management, providing leadership, direction and creating solutions regarding claims handling and processes for all lines of coverage. She has been a member of a Carrier Client Advisory Board, and a Broker Advisory Board; whereas, together with Risk Managers, and brokers from various specialties come together to talk about areas of improvement involving claims handling, strategies that work, and don’t work, and Risk Management.
Diane is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Broker. She currently holds the CRIS designation and is currently an ARM candidate. She also holds a Paralegal Degree.
