Most lawyers like to talk about themselves. But, I’d rather listen. I listen so that I may understand your needs, communicate effectively, and be of service to you and your business.

The way in which my clients and I communicate transcends most other attorney-client relationships. I’m not just an employment lawyer; I am a business partner and counselor whose primary goal is to foster a lasting relationship, where together we may call upon my many years of experience to add value to your company.

This experience runs deep. As a counselor, my clients and I work together to proactively resolve workplace issues and develop best practices through customized employee handbooks, employment agreements, non-compete covenants, sexual harassment policies, and social networking and electronic privacy policies.

I am also recognized as a top New Jersey litigator, your most zealous advocate in the courtroom. I have litigated the full gamut of issues touching upon the employer-employee relationship including discrimination, wage and hour, harassment, and retaliation claims. I have also defended cases involving wrongful discharge, breach of fiduciary duty, contract disputes, federal class action litigation, fair debt collections practices, Lanham Act litigation, derivative suits, shareholder demand letters, and fraudulent inducement. Indeed, the New Jersey Law Journal has recognized me as one of the “New Leaders of the Bar.”  In 2019, I was recognized by my peers in the 26th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America for high caliber work in the practice area of Litigation – Labor & Employment.
