Biography
Colin is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Ankuda, Stadler & Moeller Ltd. in Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to being licensed in Ohio, he has defended clients in Kentucky, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Colin represents manufacturers and suppliers of products ranging from industrial material handling products, plastics, roofing materials, wood-chippers, cranes, hydraulic lifts, commercial cooling devices, trucking components, hydrogen gas storage units and fork-lifts against multi-million dollar catastrophic injury and property claims.
In addition Colin devotes a significant time to issues stemming from the oil and gas industry. He has been called on at the state and national level to speak on issues concerning hydraulic fracking and natural gas extraction.
