FNF continues to invest in the necessary resources to augment and improve loss prevention, employee safety and claims control measures to better control claims costs associated with motor vehicle and work-related accidents and injuries.
In May 2010, FNF welcomed Kimberly Simmons as the new Property and Casualty Claims Manager. With over 25 years of claims experience with notable carriers such as Liberty Mutual, Chubb and AIG as well as experience with third-party administrators and reinsurers, Ms. Simmons assumed responsibility for the coordination and management of Property, General Liability, Auto Liability and Workers Compensation claims. She is charged with managing the relationship with Sedgwick CMS, our casualty claims Third Party Administrator (TPA) with the ultimate goal of expediting treatment and final resolution of claims.
Ms. Simmons’ focus on Workers’ Compensation continues to produce ongoing improvements in our program:
Advancing quality of day-to-day file handling by TPA
Enhancing communication between HR, injured worker and examiner
Initiating quarterly file reviews with stakeholders
Improving coordination between HR and examiners to expedite return to work
Garnering HR focus to improve late reporting, network and pharmacy participation
Addressing claim examiner performance to advance litigation management coordination and settlement strategies
Developing a drivers safety program
MVR’s are run on all drivers in leased vehicles and those employees that drive on behalf of the Company
Cell phone policy rolled out

Developed Pet in Work Place Policy
Created Evacuation Handbook(s)
