Biography
Work at TopGolf as their Senior Claims Analyst. Worked at Dr. Pepper Snapple Group as a Corporate Risk Specialist managing claims for all lines. My work included working through litigated claims with various law firms in the country and coordinating the overall resolution of claims with our current Third Party Administrator and vendors. I am a Licensed All Lines adjuster. I come from a broker background working for Arthur J. Gallagher for over 10 years. My roles there included Vice President of Claims and Compliance. Along with claims administration I also functioned as the Professional Standards Coordinator for corporate office which consisted of quarterly audits of active and inactive files which was reported to the attorney general for the state of Illinois. Prior to that I was a Human Resources Officer for the state of Texas for 20 years. I have extensive training and curriculum writing experience.
I am well versed in insurance coverage evaluations and have a high level competent understanding of claims management and litigation. I also have an AA in Computer Science with a strong background of database management.
