Jaci House

Biography

Jaci House J.D., CPCU, is currently employed as a Risk Manager at Kiewit in the Risk Management Department providing insurance and risk management support to Kiewit operation Districts and projects.  Before setting off on her insurance career, Jaci received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa and then went on to obtain her law degree from Drake University Law School.  Jaci then began her career and spent the following eight years working as a claim adjuster handling large exposures for both IAT Insurance Group and Rent-A-Center, through their TPA, Sedgwick.  Her claims experience includes managing a diverse caseload of commercial auto liability and general liability claims, including premises liability, liquor liability, construction defect, personal liability and product liability claims.  While at IAT, Jaci handled a large general liability caseload, including a significant amount of work under general liability policies issued to community and homeowner associations that contained director and officer liability coverage endorsements and exclusions.

Jaci is licensed to practice law in the state of Iowa and also has her Certified Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Claims, Associate in Management, Associate in Reinsurance, Associate in Surplus Lines and Associate in Insurance Services designations.  She is currently the Director of Education for the Omaha Chapter of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.
