Beth Koller

Biography

Beth T. Koller is a partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West Office.  She practices in the area of workers’ compensation defense. Ms. Koller has been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 1997.

She received her juris doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she participated in an elite internship at the Broward County Attorney Office and was a student member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.  Prior to going to law school, Ms. Koller graduated from Stetson University with a bachelor of arts in English and communication and served as the new student orientation chairperson.

She is a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority and is active in the Broward County Alumni Association serving as Secretary.  Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Ms. Koller has practiced solely in the area of insurance defense with an emphasis on workers’ compensation.  She is a member of the Workers’ Compensation section of the Florida Bar as well as the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Broward County Bar Association and the South Broward Bar Association.  Her representation of both large and small insurance carriers has afforded her the opportunity to take several cases to final hearing and speak to adjusters and employers on numerous topics. Ms. Koller is certified by the State of Florida to speak to adjusters for adjuster certification credits including ethics.

Ms. Koller is married and has resided in Florida for the past 28 years.
