Biography
Handle, analyze, monitor & manage complex Product and General Liability, Asbestos, Pollution & Health Hazard Claims, including but not limited to full claim adjudication in accordance with best practices & claims management practice. Monitor & manage all aspects of corporate, insurance & reinsurance claims analysis, including coverage verification, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, reinsurance, subrogation, contribution, evaluation of liability /damages, business development, investigations, compliance standards & selection & supervision of outside counsel and forensic vendors. I am on the CLM National Board and Product Liability Committee and the CPCU Society Diversity Committee, 2014 Annual Meeting task force and Liaison to the Regs and Legs committee. I am also affiliated with many other insurance and reinsurance groups, committees and associations, while maintaining my JD, CPCU, ARM, ASLI, ARe, CPD.
