Biography
Trial and litigation experience in the areas of Tort liability (trucking/automobile negligence, premises liability, landlord liability); Professional Negligence; Construction litigation; Products liability; Workers' Compensation; Labor and Employment, and Subrogation. Representative case work has included, but is not limited to litigation involving construction defect work, professional negligence (E&O Liability, Legal Malpractice, Title Company liability, etc.) Tort work also includes automobile liability claims; contractor liability on large scale highway construction projects; contractor liability in home construction; home inspectors' liability in mold cases; medical device product liability for manufacturers and distributors; product liability for large chain distribution centers; errors and omissions liability for insurance agents/agencies; premises liability for businesses, etc. I also work to protect the interests of my clients by counseling on the adoption of best practices and risk management in order to avoid the hazards and expense of litigation when possible.
