Mr. Klauber has over thirty years of trial and appellate experience involving Construction and the New York Labor Law and related insurance coverage issues, premises liability, workers' compensation, motor vehicle cases, and products liability matters involving highly technical aspects of engineering and design, as well as property and real estate litigation.He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, as well as the State Bars of New York and New Jersey.
