Douglas C. Millner, CRIS is a Claim Account Manager with XL Insurance America’s North America Construction division. With more 20 years of claims management experience honed with insurers like XL, AIG, Zurich, and Old Republic, Doug has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in New York Labor Law issues, claim handling for wrap-ups (OCIP’s & CCIP’s) nationally, and contractual risk transfer situations and on a daily basis is instrumental in building and strengthening XL’s TPA and client relationships.
