Biography

Maria Donnelly is the Client Relations Manager at Luks, Santaniello, Petrillo, Cohen & Peterfriend, a Florida Corporate and Insurance Defense Litigation firm. Maria has over 40 years of experience in various research and analytical related positions working in Quality Assurance and the IT Industry as an Operations Analyst, Research/Analyst, Market Intelligence Program Leader and Focus Group Moderator.  She brings strong data analytical skills and in earlier years served as a Statistics Lab Teaching Assistant in the use of SPSS-X (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for data analyses. Maria is a member of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

In her role as Client Relations, she is a service advocate on behalf of clients and works with the firm’s Administration team, Attorney Compliance Managers, Analytics Director and Relationship Partners. In this capacity, she is a resource in client team meetings presenting data and assisting members in assimilating claims analytics and leveraging the information in claims portfolio management.  In 2019, Maria spoke at the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance's (CLM) Litigation Management Symposium on Law Firm Innovation in Chicago. The CLM brought together innovators and leaders in litigation management for a one day symposium at Loyola University. The symposium featured presentations and round table discussions to share and exchange ideas on innovation in litigation management. Maria spoke on new tools in claims portfolio management and leveraging dashboards to assist attorneys in resolving matters. 
 
Maria also conveys the firm’s capacity and value to clients, responding to RFP’s from prospective clients, developing the firm’s brochures and airport advertisements, serving as co-editor for Legal Update, the firm’s quarterly newsletter and administering the firm’s website. 
 
Maria earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, summa cum laude from Boston College. She is a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society.
