Biography

Pamela's education and insurance claims management experience have proven to be an asset for her Litigation Management career. Her work at Harvard Law School led her to clerkships with the trial courts and The Supreme Court of Georgia. Since 2001, Pamela has managed thousands of insurance claims; has negotiated thousands of claims settlements; and, has attended over 67,000 trials. She provides an innovative approach to resolving disputes and assisting parties with and without the reporting of insurance claims. In her personal time, Pamela enjoys relaxing on the beach with her family and their English Bulldog, and she is dedicated to her volunteer efforts with several bulldog rescue groups.
  
Experience and Skills

Successfully manages a roster of over 1,000 insurance claims and law suits while eliminating unwarranted claim costs and diminishing duration of open claims;
Experience with all insurable risks including D&O, E&O, M&A, professional liability, crime, property, general liability;
Proven results with alternative dispute resolutions to avoid incidents from escalating to a new claim report;
Formerly responsible for all legal and financial dealings as co-owner of two private business ventures;
Collaborated with U.S. Small Business Administration to fund a new start-up company;
Judicial Clerkships with The Honorable Chief Justice Charles Weltner of the Supreme Court of Georgia; and, with The Honorable Glenda Hatchett, formerly of NBC’s Judge Hatchett
