Bradley A. Wright

Biography

Mr. Wright's practice has focused on transportation litigation for the past 20 years. He is the Practice Group Manager of Roetzel's Transportation Law group. His experience includes jury trials, mediations, and arbitrations in the federal, state, and local courts. Mr. Wright has served as the Ohio and national coordinating counsel for midsize and large transportation companies. He also coordinates the Roetzel Emergency Response team, providing immediate response capabilities to a wide variety of industrial and transportation clients. Additionally, Mr. Wright has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® for Transportation Law since the inception of the category.

  Representative Matters Significant experience in business transportation litigation, including semi-tractor trailer, transit authority, bus, rail and heavy equipment accidents, personal injury litigation. Experience includes jury trials, mediations, and arbitrations in the federal, state, and local courts, appeals in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and numerous appellate courts throughout Ohio. Coordinator for Roetzel's immediate response team, providing immediate response capabilities to a wide variety of transportation and industrial clients. Emergency Response coordinator for several large transportation companies. Represents major transportation companies in litigation throughout Ohio, Midwest, and Northeastern United States. Serves as national litigation coordinator for several large transportation companies. Ohio counsel for numerous transportation companies throughout Ohio.
