Biography

Jim Martin is the Head of US Claims Operations for Reserv. As a Senior Property and Casualty Insurance Executive, Jim is experienced in the development and implementation of strategic vision across numerous national and international claims portfolios. He has managed multi-jurisdictional litigation involving cases valued up to $500 million in the areas of commercial and personal lines property, casualty and specialty lines. Mr. Martin’s expertise is at capitalizing on opportunities to maximize performance, while leading cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of key objectives. A graduate of Ohio University and the University of Akron School of Law, Mr. Martin is a licensed attorney who has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
