Biography

Jeff is a full-time mediator and arbitrator with over twenty years of experience resolving litigated and pre-suit disputes involving wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, employment, professional malpractice, and business dissolutions.

Recognized for excellence in the field, Jeff is a Distinguished Fellow of both the International Academy of Mediators and the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals—prestigious, invitation-only organizations that include some of the most accomplished commercial mediators in the country and worldwide. His dedication to advancing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) has earned him notable accolades, including the Maryland State Bar Association’s Chief Judge Robert M. Bell Award for his contributions to ADR in the judiciary, schools, government, and communities, as well as the Paul A. Dorf Alternative Dispute Resolution Memorial Award from the Bar Association of Baltimore City.

In addition to his mediation practice, Jeff serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where he shares his expertise with the next generation of legal professionals.
