Schedule
All courses are live, interactive, instructor-led sessions taught by the most seasoned claims leaders in the industry. Level One courses are delivered virtually, all others are conducted in person. Please find the schedule overview for each school below. Detailed schedules will be provided in advance to registered students - virtual students will receive via email, and in-person students will receive at check-in.

LEVEL ONE SCHEDULE - VIRTUAL Prior to the start of this course, students will complete the Insurance Primer, a self-paced video overview of the insurance industry. All Level One courses are taught in a virtual classroom. At the conclusion of the course, students will have a two-week window to complete their virtual examination. |
