Certified Claims Professional (CCP) – Individuals who earn the Certified Claims Professional demonstrate understanding of the fundamental principles of managing insurance claims, competency in practical application of concepts, and a commitment to the claims profession. Those who earn this designation have attended CLM Claims College and completed three levels of progressively complex training in one of the following areas: casualty claims, construction, cyber claims, professional lines, property claims, transportation, or workers compensation. |

Advanced Claims Professional (ACP) – Those who earn the Advanced Claims Professional demonstrate mastery of advanced claims management concepts and a significant commitment to the profession. The ACP is awarded after earning the CCP and completing two of the following schools: Claims Mediation, Extra-Contractual Claims, Litigation Management. Students without a CCP who posess more than ten years of industry experience may earn the ACP by completing two of the aforementioned schools plus the School of Leadership. |
