Certified Claims Professional (CCP) – earning this designation demonstrates your understanding of the fundamental principles of managing insurance claims, competency in practical application of concepts, and a commitment to the claims profession. To earn this designation, you must:
1. Select a concentration area in any Three-Level School: casualty claims, construction, cyber claims, professional lines, property claims, transportation, or workers compensation.
2. Complete Level One program and pass final exam OR pass the test-out exam.
3. Complete Level Two and pass final exam.
4. Complete Level Three and pass final exam.

Advanced Claims Professional (ACP) – earning this designation demonstrates mastery of advanced claims management concepts and a significant commitment to the profession. To earn the ACP you must:
1. Earn the CCP designation.
2. Complete two of the following One-Level Schools: Claims Mediation, Extra-Contractual Claims, Litigation Management OR students without a CCP who posess more than ten years of industry experience may complete two of the aforementioned schools plus the School of Leadership.
